  • If you’re reminiscing over the last stellar year you had . . . you might need a marketing plan. If your website was last designed in 2010 . . . you might need a marketing plan and a website.
  • If you think customer service as a chore . . . you might need a marketing plan.
  • If you think the value proposition is “hey baby, I’ve got a deal for you!” . . . you might need a marketing plan. If you don’t understand social media . . . you might need a marketing plan.
  • If you think a SWOT is what you do to flies in the summer . . . you might need a marketing plan. If you don’t know how to achieve your goals for 2014. . . . you might need a marketing plan.
